How will your girls show their support? Here are a few ideas that might inspire your troop.
- Your girls can start with saying ‘Thank You’ when they see someone in a military uniform.
- Some military bases are open to youth groups for tours. If your troop lives near a base, find out if they allow tours and arrange a trip for your troop.
- Encourage community members to fly the flag.
- Look for opportunities in your community to add a red white and blue flower garden or patriotic painted rock border or garden.
