Animal Advocate PatchQuick View
Girl Scouts who are passionate about keeping animals safe will want to earn the Animal Advocate patch. Your troop may have some ideas about how they want to help animals. If they need inspiration, some of these questions might help. Are there areas in your community that need animal crossing signs to keep drivers alert? Are the shelters in your area getting the support they need to care for all of the animals who need homes? Do local animal rescue organizations need help getting the word out about what they do? Is there a need to educate people in your community about what to do when they find an injured animal?
