Here is an overview of our shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: On any order of $50 or more. No coupon necessary. Continental US only.
  • Standard Shipping: $5 on any orders under $50.*
  • Expedited: The cost is based on the weight and zip code. This option automatically includes insurance. Your order will usually arrive in 2-3 business days.
  • Urgent: The cost is based on the weight and zip code. This option automatically includes insurance. Your order will usually arrive in 1-2 business days.

*Special Patch Rate Shipping:

  • $2.50 for orders of 3 Patches or Less
  • $3.50 for orders of 4 to 6 Patches
  • $5 for orders of 7 or More Patches

No, you do not need to have an account with us. However we do suggest it, as this will give you access to past orders and you will receive notifications about your order. And provide you with access to your downloads. If you lose your password, it can be emailed to you.
We only ship to the U.S. and Canada, as well as our overseas military addresses.
You can return any items within 30 days if not completely satisfied except special orders, close outs, dated patches, clearance and discontinued merchandise. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Fill out the return form included with the order or download it here and return it with your merchandise. We will credit you back for the items within 10 business days of its receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges incurred by MakingFriends.com from the carrier will be deducted before the refund is made including charges for refused packages and incorrect addresses. If you received free or reduced rate shipping on your order, the actual cost incurred by MakingFriends.com will be deducted from your refund. If you have received a quantity price break, the refund will be adjusted based on the quantity of the items you have kept.

We collect sales tax for residents of North Carolina only. If you are tax exempt, you can upload a copy of your tax ID form at check out and sales tax will not be collected.
Yes, many of our items are already bulk packed and priced accordingly.
If you plan on bulk ordering for an event, please tell us in the comment section when you place the order, so we know not to pack kits individually.
Our items are already discounted and all of our customers are non-profit.
Yes, but it would be a special order. There are minimum quantities and these sales are final.
