South African Biltong Booty Recipe

recipe_biltongMeat was dried and cured to preserve it in the hot weather before refrigeration. Traditional biltong has a similar taste to beef jerky. We have combined it with dried fruit for a sweet and salty treat.

You Need:

Instructions:

Cut jerky and fruit into 1/2″ pieces. Mix together. Serve in disposable 1 oz. serving containers.

Yield:

About 36 sample servings.
