Sorta Sushi Recipe
Nothing like authentic sushi but more suited to most children’s taste and it’s fun to eat with chop sticks.
- Thinking Day Passport
- Printable Recipe Card
- 8 slices of stiff white bread (Arnold’s Country White worked good for us)
- Peanut Butter (if allergies are not a consideration)
- Marshmallow Spread
Cut the crust off the white bread trimming into a rectangle. Roll thin with a rolling pin.
Spread a thin layer of one or two of the toppings. Trim a piece of celery to the length of the bread. Cut in half the long way. Lay the celery along one end and roll the bread tightly beginning at the end with the celery.
Use a serrated knife to cut into 1″ pieces.
About 40 1″ pieces.
