This easy yummy hummus recipe comes out perfect every time you make it. Several countries claim origin of this dish including several Middle Eastern and Mediterranean country such as Greece, Israel, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, Syria and Lebanon.
You Need:
- Thinking Day Passport
- Printable Recipe Card
- 1 15 oz. Can of Chick Peas or Garbanzo Beans
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
- 6 Small 5″ Round Pitas
Instructions:
Drain Chick Peas. Place all ingredients except pitas in a food processor. Blend until smooth. Place in a bowl for dipping with pitas in wedges.
