Description
Kit Includes:

Instructions:
Punch a hole in the corner of the healthy living card. Write your swapping information on the back of the card. Cut a pipe cleaner in half to 6″ long. String the end of the pipe cleaner through the hole in the card and wrap the end to keep in place. Using the card as a guide, string beads on the pipe cleaner to represent healthy living activities. Bend the end upward to keep the beads in place. Open the pin and slide on the card and pipe cleaner. Close pin.
