This was a great program for my Daisies. We combined thinking day with our strong and courageous petal. We focused on Mother Teresa as a strong and courageous woman and her country. I took the sample of how to write India in Hindi and using a transcription site made mini posters for each girl of their name in Hindi. The girls were shocked that alphabets came any way but the abc’s this definitely gave them something to talk about! My only suggestion to make it better is that you include Mother Teresa as one of your significant people. Since this is for a Girl Scout day it’s nice to have women represented along with the men.
