Description

The girls in my troop enjoyed the simplicity and fun ways to complete the requirements. They loved that they could use clouds to be mindful and for breathing techniques to clear and calm their minds.

We had fun with the cloud meditation (although couldn’t open the video link), the crossword puzzle as a group & the cloud app. We opted to do paintings instead of the little swap. But it was very helpful in some guidance on our 1st Senior badge, and the girls had a good time!

The girls enjoyed the layout of the activities with incorporating puzzles and crafts to learn about the sky and clouds. They found the interview interesting and discovered a new relaxation technique. This badge presentation made earning this badge fun!
