This patch was given to my Daisies who gave newspaper for a local thrift shop that helps people in need. I visited this store on several occasions and saw that they did not have newspaper to wrap breakable items. So I thought to myself how can I have my scouts pay it forward on a dime- woohoo, they were excited and this patch represented recycling and reusing our resources wisely!!
