Instructions:

Sprinkle a small amount of sand in the bottom of a zipper bag. Add 2 or 3 mini seashell. Squeeze a small amount of blue glitter glue (sold separately) into the bag. Squeeze the bag to spread the glue around. Place a mermaid inside. Zip closed. Bend the tags back and forth on the perf lines. Gently tear apart. Write your SWAP information on the back. Poke a pin through the bag and through the tag (use a hole punch to make it easier.)
