Junior Troop Banner
It’s time to update your parade banner now that your Girl Scouts are Juniors. A banner your whole troop can help make! Enough for 18 girls.
Fabri-Tac Fabric Glue not included. We tested them all and this is the only fabric adhesive that really works… especially good for felt crafts.

Our Kit Includes:
- 3′ x 6′ Roll of Felt
- Patterns for Letters and Numbers
- Felt Sheets
- Felt Stars
Use the patterns in your kit or make your own with your computer. Staple all around the letters and needed numbers onto felt. Cut out the letters and numbers.
The banner is 36″ wide. It may be too long for shorter girls to carry without dragging on the ground and tripping them. Have two of your girls hold the banner at a comfortable height and cut off extra length. If making a pocket for a dowel or rope, fold down 4″ from the top of the felt. Run a thin bead of glue along the edge of flap. Don’t use too much glue — a little glue goes a long way.
You can slide your dowel inside or use a long piece of rope or you can just have your girls hold along the top as they walk.
Have each girl trace around her hand and cut out. Use puff paint to write their names on their hands.
Arrange the letters, numbers, stars and hand prints on the banner. Use fabric glue to glue in place.
