Challenge your girls to be courageous and strong by overcoming a fear, as long as it’s not something that puts them in danger. Examples could be public speaking or trying something new that they’ve been avoiding out of fear.

 

 

Suggestions for Community Courage:

Spread the courage. Ask each of your girls to challenge a friend or family to try one thing they have been afraid of as long as it’s not something that will put them in danger.
