- Prepared Sauce
- Shredded Mozzarella
- Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions:
Lightly brown mini pitas in a toaster oven or oven. Slice down the middle so the pita is thinner. Spoon sauce in the middle and spread out with the back of the spoon. Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle on grated parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
