Fill a mini zip lock bag with symbols of our great country. Hand out to Veterans as a thank you for their service or swap with other scouts to show your troop’s pride in USA.
You need:
- Mini Zip Lock Bags
- White Crystal Glitter
- Patriotic Inserts
- Scissors
- Safety Pins
- Heart Punch and Star Punch
- Red, White and Blue Card Stock or Paper
- SWAP* Tags (not shown) (optional)
Instructions:
Print insert on blue stock. Cut apart. Punch out white stars and red hearts. Cut 1″ long 1/8″ strips of red and white paper. Glue some of the punch outs and stripes on the blue inserts. Tuck one insert into each bag. Add more punch outs and stripes. Shake in a little big of glitter. Add a pin. If you are using optional SWAP* tags, write your message on the tag and slide onto the pin. Close pin.
