Here’s a great way to earn a St. Patrick’s Day patch. Troop 806, Islip Terrace NY, having a walkabout sale during the East Islip St Patrick’s Day parade. The girls were selling cookies over the sounds of bagpipe bands and fire department trucks and braving the cold to walk a mile and half in each direction to sell as many boxes as they could before the parade ended.
