Instructions:

Squeeze a small amount of white paint into a mini plastic cup. Use a paint brush or mini wood stick (not included) to spread the paint over the bottom and up the sides of the cup. Add more paint if needed. Fill the cup with a small crumpled piece of white tissue or paper towel (not included.) Squeeze more paint over top and smooth with the tip of the paint bottle for a flat surface. Make 48 “cookies” by squeezing a small amount of white paint on a black foam circle and topping with another foam circle. Hot glue (not included) a cup of ‘milk’ to each ‘plate’. ‘Dunk’ a ‘cookie’ inside each cup. Hot glue another ‘cookie’ onto each ‘plate’.

Bend the tags back and forth on the perforations. Gently tear apart. Write your SWAP information on the back. Poke a pin through each ‘plate’ or use a hole punch (not included.) Add a tag.
