Instructions:
Paint the wood spools metallic silver. Let Dry. Cut out the can labels. Use a glue stick (not included) to glue around the wooden spools. Hot glue (not included) the cans to a disk. Fold the tags back and forth on the perfs. Gently tear apart. Write your SWAP information on the back of each tag. Turn over. Glue the end of the tag to a can. Add a pin, using a hole punch (not included) if desired.
