• 2 Rolls of Colored Tape
• 24 Tiny Hat Signs.
• 24 Printed Tags with 12 Different Quotes from Alice in Wonderland:

Instructions:

Wrap each hat with a piece of tape to make a hat band. Cut out a tiny sign and hot glue (not included) a tiny sign to each hat. Gently tear apart the printed tags on the perf lines. Write your swap information on the back or add your custom tags to the pins. Hot glue a hat to each tag. Add a pin to each tag.
