Sit upons can be made using waterproof tablecloth, newspaper, foam or stuffing and lanyard. Holes are punched through the tablecloth for lacing the lanyard to make a pouch. After filling the pouch, the last section is laced up to finish the sit upon.

It involves “sneaking” into one of your troop member’s house and waking them up for breakfast out. This is usually done with someone new but can also be done for your whole troop. Best if done very early in the morning. Everyone including the adults has to go out exactly like they wake.
