Being a Girl Scout leader is one of those “it takes a village” situations. Whether it’s sharing a foolproof way to explain the Daisy Petals to a room of high-energy five-year-olds or passing along a secret stash of extra cookie forms, the community is built on a “we’re all in this together” mentality. Newer leaders often find their footing thanks to the veterans who offer up their tried-and-true meeting plans and Leader Resources, turning what could be an overwhelming volunteer gig into a shared adventure. At the end of the day, helping another leader isn’t just about earning a badge—it’s about living out that part of the Law to “be a sister to every Girl Scout,” everyone included.
