Blue Troop Banner
Enough for 18 girls to make their first parade banner with their handprints.. You’ll need your own fabric glue and scissors. (We strongly recommend this Fabri-Tac Glue when working with felt)

Description
Our Kit Includes:
- 3′ x 6′ Roll of Felt
- Patterns for Letters and Numbers
- Felt Sheets
- Felt Daisies
Instructions:
Use the patterns in your kit or make your own on your computer. Staple around the letters and needed numbers to felt. Cut out the letters and numbers.
The banner is 36″ wide. It may be too long for shorter girls to carry without dragging on the ground. Have two of your girls hold the banner at a comfortable height while you cut off extra length. If making a pocket for a dowel or rope, fold the top 4″ of the felt to the back. Run a thin bead of glue along the edge of flap. Don’t use too much glue — a little glue goes a long way.
For handle, slide dowel or long piece of rope through the glued channel.
Have each girl trace around her hand and cut out. Use puff paint to write each girl’s name on her felt hand.
Arrange the letters, numbers, daisies and handprints on the banner. Use fabric glue to hold them in place

This is exactly what we wanted! The daisies are the perfect final touch!!! We couldn’t be happier.

We added a little flare & color to our own but this kit was a great starting place & made banner making much easier! The girls loved tracing & cutting out their own hands to add a part to the banner themselves!
