Tags are white card stock with micro perforations for easy tearing.
Instructions:
Separate cards on the micro perf. Write your message on the back. Peel and stick a sticker to each disk. Match the tags to the disk with the stickers. Use a glue stick to attach. Peel and stick a pin to the back of the disk.
