Instructions:
Pour gem glue (not included) on a plastic plate. Dip a cotton ball into the glue. Roll it in your hands and twist one side into a point to make the shape of a frosted cupcake. Place in a wrapper. While still wet sprinkle with sprinkles. Separate the tags on the perfs. Write your swap information on the back. Glue each cupcake to a tag. Poke a pin through each tag or use a hole punch. Close pin
