More Community Service Ideas
Troop 13514 from Tomball Texas taught Girl Scouts* throughout greater Houston the fundamentals of camping through their Adventures in Camping Festival. Give the kids in your Girl Scout* troop, school group or other organization the opportunity to choose their own unique community service projects. They can use their skills to teach younger kids fun outdoor skills, games and activities, preserve their community’s history, provide aid after a disaster, and more.
You will find community service ideas for a variety of categories such as patriotic, outdoor, animals and more on our page Community Service.
Fun Fact: Volunteering can give kids confidence, skills and valuable work experience
