Shortbread Pudding Pies

Easy No Bake Recipe using Trefoil cookies

You need:

• 1 Box Trefoils
• 1 Stick Butter
• 1 Instant Pudding Package (we used chocolate but Trefoils pair well with many flavors)
• Milk (to make the instant pudding)
• Cool Whip
• Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

1. Crush 2 cups of trefoils.
2. Melt 1 stick of butter.
3. Stir together.
4. Press into form to create pie crusts (we used mini cupcake pan).
5. Freeze for 20 minutes.
6. Make pudding according to package directions.
7. Fill the pie crusts with pudding and to with Cool Whip.
8. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Makes 16 mini pudding cups if using mini cupcake pan.
