Download some peaceful music to listen to while you do your poses.

Take a yoga class
Attend a yoga class or find a virtual class. Try doing yoga at different times during the day. Does it help you feel more prepared before school or sports? Does it help you to refocus after school or wind down before going to bed? Make a commitment to do yoga everyday for a week. Consider continuing to do yoga everyday. Download some peaceful music to listen to while you do your poses and light a candle to help set the mood.
