Hi Kris, all of our kits come with directions. They would have been on the bottom of the insert. Glad you enjoyed the craft anyway!

It had just the right amount of beads to do all of the pins without having leftovers or shortages. Very easy for kids at least 8 years old.

The 7 year olds could help with the basic pattern, but it was too confusing for them to assemble completely. Our original shipment came with the wrong pins which were too small. But, when I called, they sent the corret pins out immediately.
