Super Troop Patch Program®

This 2″ iron-on embroidered patch is part of the patch program®® from MakingFriends®.com.

Super Troops have properly-trained and well-informed leaders. Complete ___ :

• Leaders have all required training for their level
• Leaders are up to date on first aid/ CPR required training
• Leaders have current background check
• Leader or representative attends at least 75% of all service unit or area meetings

Super Troops meet all deadlines. Complete ___ :

• Troop submitted financial reports and/or bank statements on time
• Tag along insurance was purchased as required and on time
• Troop has 50% of girls re-registered by early bird deadline or for new troops,  50% of girls were registered by September 30th
• Troop consistently responds on time for event deadlines
• Troop has no outstanding debts with council or service unit

Super Troops go above and beyond. Complete ___ :

• Troop volunteered at one council or service unit sponsored event or activity
• Adult volunteer from the troop is an active team member for service unit or council
• Troop participated in or held at least one Girl Scout* holiday celebration.
• Troop met at least one time with a sister troop (not including events)
• Troop writes thank you notes to everyone who helped with troop

Super Troops are inclusive:

• Troop accepts up to the maximum of number girls allowed for their level and does not turn away girls interested in joining due to race, religion or with disability.

Super Troops participate in variety of activities. Complete ___ :

• Troop participated in fall products and cookie sale (required)
• Troop participated in at least one community service activity (via troop, service unit or council)
• Troop participated in at least one service unit sponsored event
• Troop participated in at least one council sponsored event
• Troop took at least one troop field trip (other than service unit or council event)
• Troop participated in at least one outdoor activity
• Troop completed at least one badge
• Troop completed at least one JOURNEY*
