  • 30 Preprinted tags that say ” I heart Snow Cones”
  • 30 safety pins
  • 30 cotton balls
  • 15 printed snow cone stickers
  • Glitter

Instructions:
Place a drop of food coloring (not included) in a 1/4 cup of water. Set up at least two colors. Weaker brands of color may need additional drops. Quickly dip one side of each cotton ball in each solution. Let dry. This could take a least a day. You can speed up by using a hair dryer or microwave. Roll the dried cotton ball in gem glue (not included) and then roll in glitter. Cut each sticker in half and roll to the shape of a cone.

Place a cotton ball in each cone. Separate the tags on the perforations. Write your swap information on the back. Glue on a snow cone. And add a pin in the corner of each tag.
