					<description><![CDATA[Instead of using the plates (no one gets hurt), try drawing a life size picture of a girl on paper (I used brown packing paper), have each girl tear a piece of the life size paper girl. Have them write hurtful words then and as they tear a piece have them repeat a word someone has said mean to them or heard of. Then have them put the paper doll back together like a puzzle. Then you can use the same explaination how hurt last a long time after it has been said.]]></description>
