This sounds just like what I do Rebecca! But I have 44 girls k-12th. I have 4 co-leaders and 2 asst leaders who work with the levels. Each group plans their own meeting activities and meet in separate rooms at the church where we meet. We are all together for 15 minutes at the end for closing/reminders/announcements. I am still the 'head leader' but I do not plan for all the levels, I still do plan all 'whole troop' events, activities, and camps. Best of luck and I hope more people are willing to have the same leader mentor like we do to help them take their baby steps.
