Cool Peanut Butter Pie
Thank you to Valerie for this Easy No Bake Recipe using Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies.
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 8oz pkg of Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 box of Girl Scout* peanut butter sandwich cookies
For the topping:
- 1/4 cup Nutella
- 1/4 cup milk
- Peanut butter cream from inside of cookies
First separate the cookies and scrape out the cream and place in a separate bowl.
Crush up the cookies and add 3/4 of a stick of butter melted and a quarter cup of sugar. Mix well and press into 9 inch pie pan.
Beat together cream cheese and confectioners sugar. Mix and peanut butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Then spoon into pie pan.
In a pot melt the peanut butter cream , 1/4 cup Nutella, and a quarter cup of milk. Then drizzle over the top.
Place in freezer for three hours.
