Get more information here: Artist Trading Cards – An Activity Worth Sharing.Find others to trade with on friendshipswaps.com or have your girls share photos of their work to trade with each other by mail.

Pasta Derby Patch Program
Here’s a unique twist on the traditional derbies scouts have enjoyed for years. To make it virtual, it’s all about style and function. Not speed. Just pick up a few boxes of pasta, make sure to include wagon wheels, penne and spaghetti so you have an car that rolls. The rest is up to the kids (and adults) who are participating.Instruct each family to design a car that rolls. It’s up to you if each family member can participate individually. Cars can also be painted with acrylic paint and embellished (maybe with candy?). During your virtual meeting each participant shows off their car and demonstrates that it can roll. Judge in multiple fun categories like: Crazy Candy Car, Most Likely to Succeed, Star Appeal, Most Unique. Categories can be announced prior to  starting the project.

Warning: This is activity is funner than expected but the cars are fragile! So handle with care.
