Christmas Money Tree
This tree has ornaments made out of bills!

You need:

Instructions:

We used 10 bills for this 10" tree. You can use singles, fives or any combination of denominations depending upon the amount you want to give.

Fold a bill in half lengthwise and in half again lengthwise and one more time. You will have a skinny 1/4" x 6" rectangle.

Begin accordion folding the rectangle every 1/2" so you will have ten folds. Overlap the last fold with first fold and tape in place. You will have a star shape. Use the wire on a ribbon bow to secure it to the overlapped fold. Cut tinsel pipe cleaners into 4 pieces and use the pieces to secure the ornaments to the tree.
