Ask an adult to push a wooden skewer though nine foamie marshmallows so there will be a hole for stringing. Paint five of the marshmallows red, leave the other four white. Let dry. String them onto a pipe cleaner beginning with a red and alternating the colors. Bend ends to hold in place. Wrap a second pipe cleaner around the top between two marshmallows. Make a loop. Trim off extra. Tie on a decorative bow.
