Troop Number Swap

You need:

• Craft Foam
• Number Beads
• Tacky Glue
• Jewelry Craft Pins
• #20 Hemp
• Wooden Beads

Instructions:

Cut a  trefoil out of of craft foam. Glue troop numbers on to trefoil. Decorate with hemp and beads. Glue pin to back.
