Wind Sock
This spring wind sock is a great project
for mixed age groups. Older kids can make the flowers shown. Younger
kids can just glue on spring colored shapes.
You Need:
Instructions:
Make flowers by gluing foamie shapes around a foamie circle. You can
layer and combine different shapes and colors for interest. Let dry.
Form a tube out of a piece of craft foam. Glue and staple ends to hold.
Glue on foamie flowers. Punch two holes at the top. Tie on a small
hanger of raffia to the holes. Punch 4-8 holes around the bottom. String
one yard pieces of raffia through to the middle and tie to hold in
place.
