This crown will be a big hit with princesses of all ages.You need:
This is one of the projects in our
Princess Pretend
"Badge in a Bag". It's great for troops and groups
including birthday parties.
Instructions:
Cut a 2 yard piece of star garland. Loop around twice and twist ends
together so it sits on top of your head. Cut 4 two yard pieces of
curling ribbon, tie the middle of each piece to the back of the crown.
Curl with with the side of a scissor blade or let ribbon fall naturally.
