Textured Tissue Paper Frames
Make pretty frames with designs made out of hot glue.

You Need:

• Tissue Paper
  in Assorted Colors
• White Glue
• Precut Picture Frame Matt
• Cardboard Easel
• Cardboard
• Foam Brush
• Photo
• Low Temp Glue Gun

Instructions:

Use hot glue to draw designs around the matte. Let dry. Tear tissue paper into irregular shapes. Cover matte with pieces of tissue paper using watered down white glue and a foam brush. Crinkle up the tissue to form it around the hot glue designs. Fold edges of tissue around the matte. Let dry. Tape in photo. Glue on cardboard backing. Hot glue on easel.
