Picture Frames
There is no end to the design possibilities for jeweled picture frames!
You need:
Instructions:
Cut your photo down so it's at least 1" smaller
than your frame. Slide it into the frame. No need to tape or glue, the
photo will stay in place. Lay frame down, resting it on a book so you
have a level surface to work on. Glue gems all around the outside edges
of the frame. You can pattern them or glue gems randomly either filling
the area around the photo or leaving spaces of clear acrylic showing
through.
