Patriotic Scooter and Bike Decorations
Decorate your bike or scooter for the Memorial Day parade!

You Need:

• Red, White and Blue Perler Beads
• One roll each of Red, White and Blue Vinyl Tape
• Scissors
• Star Paper Punch
• Label Stock or White Paper and Glue
• Star Pony Beads
• Nylon Monofilament

Instructions:

Beginning at the bottom the scooter's center pole wrap alternating stripes of red and white vinyl. Make the last five stripes in solid blue. Punch out white stars. Stick stars to blue field

Instructions for Handlebar Tassels:

Cut eight pieces of monofilament to 3 foot lengths. Tie a white Perler bead on one end to hold the rest of the beads in place. String on 6" of white beads. String on six blue Perler beads. String on a white star pony bead, another star pony bead and six more perlers, etc.

On the same string, work the same pattern backwards. Tie off leaving 2" of slack so can you wrap the middle around the handlebar hardware. Make a total of four with white beads and four with red beads.
