Dollar Bill Crown
If you're giving money, here's a fun creative way to give $40.

You Need:

  • 40 Dollar bills

 

Instructions:

This is basically like making a gum chain. So if you know how to make one you're halfway there.

Fold a dollar bill in half lengthwise. Crease.
Fold the top down crease down to line up with the bottom edge. Crease.
Fold in half width wise. Crease.
Open up the widthwise fold. Fold both ends in to meet the middle fold. Crease
Fold in half width wise. Crease. Make 40 these links.
If you turn a link on its side, you'll see both "legs" can be eased opened.
Take second link and put each "leg" of that into one of the eased opening of the first leg.
Push it through.

Push all the way until the fold of the second is right up against the first link. Add the third link through the legs of the second link in the same manner.

Continue until you have 40 links. Form into a circle, unfolding the final link and working it into the first link to complete the crown.
