You need:

Artwork and/or Photo
Computer with Paint Program
Inkjet transfer
Inkjet Printer
Iron
White Tee Shirt

Instructions:

Scan child's artwork and photo. Paste them into a paint program. Add text and graphics. Print in mirror image on inkjet transfer. Follow package directions to transfer on to tee shirt.
